What to expect: 

We will flow through 3 nourishing experiences: 

Mugwort & Rose Ceremony – We begin with a Mugwort and Rose ceremony to gently open the space and prepare for our journey together. Mugwort is a powerful herb for dreaming, intuition, and visioning, while Rose is a heart-opening ally that soothes, heals, and softens, supporting deep inner work with compassion and grace. Together, these plants invite us to enter the experience from a place of love, connection, openness, and presence.

Meditation, Breath Practice & Crystal Bowls - Be taken into your inner world, connect with your deepest wisdom and whispers of the soul. Be guided through a gentle meditation, a heart opening somatic breath practice with a crystal bowls soundscape. Allow the power of meditation, breath & sound to melt and heal physical and emotional tension and be moved into a place of love, trust and openness.

Dancing Freedom - a conscious dance practice, a free flowing moving meditation that takes you on a guided dance journey through the elements of Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether. An opportunity to release physical and emotional tension, an experience of aliveness, empowerment, liberation and spaciousness for the mind, body and soul. There is no wrong or right to move your body which allows you to express your authentic, creative self.

What to Bring:

Please bring a meditation cushion/stool/chair, water bottle, warm or cool clothes (layers) that you can move in, a blanket and yoga mat for the floor.

Contra-indications for Mugwort:

Pregnancy and lactation: Can stimulate uterine contractions and cause menstruation, raising the risk of miscarriage.

Allergies to Asteraceae/Compositae family: Risk of reactions if allergic to ragweed, chrysanthemums, marigolds, or daisies.
