PlayFest Retreat is a skills-based, nature-led movement arts retreat for curious souls to connect and play. Weaving together somatic practice, martial arts, ritual, dance, breathwork, and collaborative art in an intimate, nature-connected environment that honours both people and the land. Rooted in nature and guided by the body, PlayFest welcomes movers, creatives, practitioners, families, and anyone curious to explore, learn, reconnect, and rest.
